AMBASSADOR VISITING CHERNIVTSI UNIVERSITY

 Mr Martin Hagstrom, the Ambassador of Sweden to Ukraine visited Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University on August 2.

The goal of the visit is to get acquainted with Chernivtsi National University and Chernivtsi, as well as to discuss opportunities for cooperation with the universities of the Kingdom of Sweden.

Stepan Melnychuk, Rector of Chernivtsi National University, Yurii Lopatynskyi, Head of Department of Enterprise Economics and Human Resource Management, Serhii Lukaniuk,  Head of the International Relations Office greeted the guests.

The agenda of the Meeting was the main aspects and further prospects of cooperation between Chernivtsi University and the universities of the Kingdom of Sweden, as well as the key features of the special scholarship program of the Swedish Institute – Visby Program. During the Meeting the characteristics of the learning experiences at Chernivtsi National University and in Ukraine as a whole were discussed.
