EDUARD HOEKS, AMBASSADOR OF THE KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS IN KYIV VISITS CHERNIVTSI NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

On the 27 of June, Rector Stepan Melnychuk met Eduard Hoeks, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kyiv.

The aim of the visit lied in the desire of the Ambassador to find out more about Chernivtsi, our University and discuss future perspectives of collaboration between Dutch universities and Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. During the visit the Ambassador had a meeting with professors and students of the University and discussed perspectives of academic cooperation with Chernivtsi National University.

The delegation of the Ambassador was represented by Mr. Andriy Hrynchuk, Consulate (honorary) of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lviv, Carolien Spaans, Agricultural Counsellor at Royal Netherlands Embassy in Kyiv and Djeyhoun Ostowar, Deputy Head of Economic Affairs, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Ukraine.
