LEONID KADENIUK: MISSION – SPACE

The collection of the Scientific Library of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University was enlarged by five copies of the book by Leonid Kadeniuk «Mission – Space». These books are a gift from Leonid Kuchma charitable organization «Presidential Foundation “Ukraine”».

This book is a kind of a story-report about an extraordinary journey beyond the Earth’s gravity in the boundless space expanses and weightlessness. According to the author, before writing the book, he had a feeling of incompleteness of the mission in space. Therefore, it is a logical and peculiar climax not only of the realization of the cosmic dream but also of the result of a long and extremely interesting period of life of the Ukrainian astronaut.
