THE 15th ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF MA IN ELT STUDENTS

On May 19, MA students in Education from the Department of English, Faculty of Foreign Languages took part in the 15th Annual Conference “English Language Teaching”, which took place at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi.

At the conference, students from both universities presented the results of their studies in the field of teaching foreign languages at school. During interactive presentations, students and professors were able to share their experience in planning English lessons, finding effective teaching methods for verbal and written speech, and using advanced technologies in the educational process. The questions of organizing teaching of foreign languages in schools of Romania and Ukraine were interesting and cognitive. Professors of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi  noted the high theoretical training of Chernivtsi University Master’s students and important issues of pedagogical experiments that students carry out during pedagogical practices.

According to the results of conferences University of Iasi will publish a collection of student reports. The next bilateral student conference is planned at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at  Chernivtsi National University in the autumn of 2018.
