PRESENTATION OF THE OPEN DATA PORTAL AT THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS

The portal of public data of the city https:/data.city.cv.ua/ was presented on February 14 in Chernivtsi. It contains 29 sets of data on various areas of life of Chernivtsi in a format that is suitable for analysis, creation of various electronic services and tools.

Residents of Chernivtsi, analysts, developers of modern services will find here information about communal property, its lease, urban planning conditions and restrictions, transport, medical and educational institutions of the city.

How to use data from the portal:

– searching of interesting information;

– learning to make the analysis on its basis with the help of different methods;

– learning to develop data visualization, infographics;

– using data for writing course, diploma or master’s work, other research.

Students will present a portal at the Faculty of Economics on March 5, at 1 p.m., room 49.
