STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF ECONOMICS TOOK PART IN A SCIENTIFIC EXCHANGE VISIT IN NORWAY

At the end of the spring semester in April-May this year students of the Faculty of Economics Kiiko Oleksandr, Harasymov Vladyslav, Hakman Juliia and Ulizko Kateryna (specialty “International Economic Relations”), Maryna Heorhiian and Maryna Velychko (specialty “Management”), Kateryna Rudko (specialty “Economics of Enterprise “) and Associate Professor of the Department of Finance and Credit Iryna Tkachuk were in the city of Lorenskog in the suburbs of Oslo (Norway) within the framework of a scientific exchange visit  at the Institute of the Doctor of Philosophy, J.-U. Sandal.

The participants of international academic mobility received a grant for independent research in the field of social entrepreneurship within the framework of the cooperation of the Norwegian scientist J.-U. Sandal, Faculty of Economics and  Schumpeter Center of Chernivtsi National University. The results of the research works will be published in the scientific herald of Chernivtsi University(Economics) and will be presented on October 3, 2018 at the IV International Schumpeter Conference in Chernivtsi.

During the visit students were able to deepen their knowledge of social entrepreneurship and innovation management, as well as to get acquainted with the culture and nature of Norway, to see the economy of this country from the inside. The exchange was accompanied by a joint active holiday, which included a tour in Oslo, a trip to the fjords, and even a one-day visit to Sweden.

All  students who have completed the internship, received certificates of education at the School of Social Entrepreneurship.
